Warranty Policy

Hollins & Hollinshead covers your purchase for 30 days. If you have any concerns within this time-frame please contact us.

Each item we stock and sell is purchased direct from the brand or an authorised UK distributor and have valid warranties.

A list of service centres for your brand will be available within your warranty booklet. Please read your booklet carefully and keep it in a safe place.

If a service centre is available within your country of residence, send a copy of your invoice and your dated warranty booklet with your watch. If you are outside of the UK and no service centre is listed in your warranty booklet, return as above to the UK for service. The shipping cost is to be covered by the buyer and return shipping cost paid before it can be dispatched.

Your warranty length will be shown on each individual item and covers malfunctions that arise from defects in materials and workmanship. In general warranties do not cover stones or crystals, watch bracelets, batteries, glasses and straps. Please refer to your warranty booklet for details.
