Return, Refund and Exchange Policy 

At Hollins & Hollinshead we understand that for any reason, you may change your mind about your purchase one you have received the item. All items sold by Hollins & Hollinshead are 100% guaranteed new with official packaging and warranty unless otherwise stated.

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or defective please notify us immediately and contact us with images of the issue. 
Please Note: Some items have plastic wrap on them that can be hard to see. Please double check items thoroughly before contacting us. Common areas includes (Watch Straps, Watch Faces, Buckles and Clasps, Watch case backs and Jewellery items)

We are authorised UK stockists of all the brands we sell and take great pride in their quality and brand standards. All items are inspected before they are dispatched but please make sure that you inspect your purchase on receipt while any tags or protective layers are still attached.

Items may be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt, on the understanding that the item has not been worn, damaged or personalised as we are not able to re-sell the item.

Please note: For health and hygiene reasons, earrings are non returnable. This does not effect your statutory rights.

30 Day Money Back Promise 

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase or it does not meet your requirements, you may return it for exchange or refund as per the Distance Selling Regulations and in accordance with your statutory rights. If you wish to return a purchase, please notify us within 7 working days of receipt and return it back to us within 30 days of receipt.

When sending a purchase back for a refund, please provide the following:

  • A brief description stating the reason for return 

The return shipping cost of any non faulty item is the responsibility of the buyer.

If you are unhappy with your purchase and it's still within 30 days of receipt, you may exchange for another item if you prefer, rather than a refund. If the exchanged item is less in price, the difference will be refunded; if the exchanged item is higher in price, one of our sales team will contact you for payment.

Faulty Items Policy

Within 30 Days of Receipt 

If an item bought from us, Hollins & Hollinshead, is faulty after 30 days and is still under a manufacturer's guarantee (watch manufacturer guarantees do not cover watch bracelets, straps and batteries, although we may be able to get a replacement for you at an extra cost.), you can either return the item direct to the manufacturer or, if you prefer, return the item back to us and we will happily act on your behalf.

We do not provide a free returns label for items faulty after 30 days of receipt, the shipping cost back to us is the buyers responsibility. A service that is tracked should be used in case of delay or loss in transit. £5.95 needs to be included with your item for us to return the item back to you.

Expired Guarantee
