1. What happens if I need to return my item? 
Please visit our returns page for all information regarding the return of your item if for whatever reason it is not suitable. 

2. Can I view an item/items in one of your shops before I purchase?
Yes, all you need to do is contact us or your preferred shop to arrange a viewing.  

3. Can you order in specific items for customers if it is not on your website? 
If the item requested is currently available from one of our brand manufacturers, we can try and order a specific item for you, even if we don't currently have it in stock online.  

4. What are your shipping options for the UK?

5. Do you ship internationally?

6. Can you resize my ring? 
Please contact us to discuss resizing requirements but please be aware that some rings cannot be resized at all or only within restrictions. Whether a ring can or cannot be resized is dependant on the stone setting. 

7. Can you add/remove links from my watch strap?
Yes we can add or remove links from bracelet strap watches before sending them out to you. Please note that this may mean your item could take longer if we have to order your links, there may be a charge dependant on the manufacturer's policy. Please contact us at the time of ordering regarding spare links.

8. How can I ensure that my item is genuine?
We are authorised stockists of all the products we sell and do not aquire them through third parties. All of your items will arrive with the relevant and valid, stamped warranty and brand packaging. Please visit our warranty page if you need more information.
All of our pre owned luxury Swiss watches are supplied either with original warranty papers or supplied with a certificate of authenticity. 

9. What security measures do you take to ensure my payment is safe?
We use Sage Pay and PayPal as our secure and safe payment gateway providers. No card details are ever stored. 

10. How long will it take you to dispach my item/items?
Orders recieved before 3pm GMT Monday-Friday are dispached the same day. For orders received after 3pm GMT Monday to Thursday will be dispatched the nest day. For orders received after 3pm GMT Friday and over the weekend will be dispached the following Monday.

11. How does the loyalty scheme work?
Hollins & Hollinshead offer a loyalty scheme for shoppers using our online shop. To take advantage of the scheme, simply register and create an online account. Each online item displays a points value that will be added to your account after purchase. Once you have earned 100 points or over, the appropriate monetary value may be redeemed when making your next purchase. 

12. Can you engrave my item?
Yes, we do offer engraving. Please contact us for more information.

13. Do you buy scrap gold and pre-owned jewellery?
Yes, please visit any of our shops for this option.
