Delivery Policy

 
We take great care to ensure all items are packed to a high standard, so that your new purchase arrives in perfect condition. All orders placed Monday - Friday before 3.30pm are dispatched the same day. Orders received after 3.30pm will be dispatched the next working day.

 Orders placed Friday (after 3.30pm), Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday (Unless on a Bank Holiday when orders are dispatched the next day, on Tuesday). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email which will include your tracking reference number. If, for any reason, your order is returned to us (e.g., incorrect address), then Hollins and Hollinshead Ltd will inform you immediately via email or phone call when the item is received. You will be given a choice as to whether the item is sent out again, or a refund is processed. Please note, for items that are undelivered through fault of the customer (e.g., incorrect address), Hollins and Hollinshead Ltd reserve the right to deduct our outwardly shipping fees from the refund total.

  • International Signed for (Rest of World) (8-12 Working Days) From £14.95

The above international delivery services requires someone is present to accept and sign for your parcel when your postal service attempts delivery.

If you do not receive your order within 12 working days, please contact your local delivery office. If you are still having problems, please do not hesitate to contact us. Our sales team are always happy to help.




VAT OPTIONS

European business customers can add your vat number to your order to claim the tax back by simply adding your business name at the checkout, selecting your country and then clicking the add vat number link that appears under the business name.


Please Note: We currently don't ship to the following: South America, Africa, Italy, Russia, Asia (Excluding Japan). We cannot ship watches to Portugal due to their regulations.
